to
Hawaii

In
January
of 2009,
she
wrote
and
recorded
a second
parody
song for
Gary
Craig of
WTIC-FM
which
also
received
nationwide
air time
which
was
"Married
Ladies";
the
parody
song to
Beyonce's
"Single
Ladies".
She has
performed
at
various
locations,
including
the
World
Famous
Apollo
Theatre
in
Harlem,
New
York, at
Camden
Yards in
Baltimore,
Maryland
for the
Baltimore
Orioles,
CBGB's,
The
Bitter
End, as
well as
B.B.
Kings in New
York
City.
She has
performed
at local
coffee
houses,
lounges,
for
community
affairs,
national
anthem
singer
for
minor
league
ball
teams in
Connecticut
and at
private
parties.
Melanie
was
named
the
first
"Connecticut
Idol" in
October
of 2002
by WTIC-FM
Radio.
She has
appeared

been a
winning

contestant/vocalist
and a
semi-finalist

Karaoke”
and was
also a
contestant/vocalist

She has
